When you send our quote form we collect your name, email, and any optional details you choose to give (phone, business name, service, budget range, timeline and message).
How we use it
We only use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver your project. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Lawful basis and retention
We rely on legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where a project follows, contract. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for that purpose.
Client portal
If you are a client, we store your sign-in email, contact details, project details, documents, change requests, attachments and care logs so we can run your projects. Access is limited to you and our team. We keep this information while you are a client and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting records. You can ask us to delete it through our contact page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@9791media.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
